LoyaltyOptions started with the mission to fill the need in the market for a cost-effective comprehensive solution for managing and accounting for stock-based compensation and employee ownership plans for small and medium size private and public companies.
Our vision is to be the ultimate solution for small and medium size companies' stock-based compensation and employee ownership plans administration and accounting.

Our Story
Ramy Taraboulsi (founder of VeritableSoft Innovations Inc., parent of
LoyaltyOptions) is the founder of the then industry leader, OPTRACK, the first
product ever to provide an accounting solution to stock-based compensation plans.
In 2016, Computershare bought OPTRACK and renamed to "Computershare GEMS".
In 2021, VeritableSoft, realized the need in the market for a new product that is cost-effective, delivers comprehensive superior support, and has a focus on the specific functional needs of small and medium size private and public companies. VeritableSoft then decided to build LoyaltyOptions based on its existing platform for Loyalty Shares and the peer-to-peer e-commerce application, APEP, that VeritableSoft had developed earlier.
